How do doctor deal with death, if they kill someone

Doctors don't "kill" anyone, they have a different understanding of it, they see it from a different perspective, though it is rare doctors sometimes fail through surgery, but when they attempt surgery is most likely because the patient was eventually gonna die soon. They also tent to focus on the lives saved, which are more than the lives lost.

The same way an Accountant deals with a bankruptcy, a burglar with being caught. Part of the job. A bit of gnashing of teeth, crying of tears and on we go! The next one will be different.
