My understanding is in the 2 or 3 year of medical school the student is required to do rotations. How would that work for a Deaf medical student though? A deaf student can't walk around all day with an interpreter. In class -- sure, no problem .. the student has that right under the ADA, but rotations .. no way.

Interesting question and I'm sure if you look around on the web you may be able to find professionals in the field in a similar situation you could glean from. I will look around to see what I can find, but I'm sure it can and has been done.
As for Edo, I think by "no way" it is not against Deaf people but saying it would be extremely unlikely and difficult for a Deaf person to have an interpreter all day with them during their medical training in the hospital(rotations).

You said, "No way." I guess that you have a problem with stereotypes against Deaf people.
