What exactly is Dark Matter; whats your guess?

It is material that is theorized to exist out of ignorance for why galaxies are able to behave with the rotation patterns that we observe them to have. The deal is, of all material we can detect by other means (stars, dust lanes, stellar remnants, etcetera), it isn't enough to explain what keeps the outer rims of galaxies from drifting away.
Without expecting a need to modify Newton's law of gravity, the only logical explanation is that there is more material than that of which we are aware by other means. Some kind of material that doesn't participate in any way-shape-or-form with electromagnetism, otherwise we'd know of its existence by the light it either emits or blocks.
Dark matter is our name for this mystery material. Other people might prefer the term "dark gravity" as an alternative, since it doesn't necessarily need to be due to matter.
For the solar system, there needs not to be any dark matter for it to function the way we observe it to do. All of your human body weight can be explained by the completely ordinary matter that is under your feet. The trajectory of every planet in the solar system can be explained completely by the amount of ordinary matter in the sun, all of which shows evidence in both its own stellar behavior and in its gravitational influence on the planets. It is when you look at galaxies at whole, that you get the dark matter problem. Even our own galaxy has this problem.

Dark matter does NOT PUSH. Dark ENERGY is the force pushing the universe apart. Dark MATTER is substance that we only know is there because of its gravity. It does not emit radiation and it is completely invisible. It does not react when anything comes into contact with it. The only reason we know its there is because of the presence of its gravity.

It's just one of the terms given to a phenomena we have no explanation for. eg. dark matter, dark energy, the great attractor, a singularity, quantum entanglement, etc, etc, I don't think anyone really believes there is an enormous amount of invisible material spread throughout the universe. It would be right in our back yard also, wreaking havoc on our local space. There is more likely a mistake in the estimated number of stars that are visible or some other simple explanation.
