No if you remove the brain you die. We can't repair spinal chords yet so there's no way we can transfer a brain and hope it will connect to the central nervous system.
Interestingly though some brain surgery is carried out with the patient conscious and talking to the surgeon throughout the procedure. That helps the surgeon gauge how much brain tissue he can remove/treat before it effects speech and motor skills.

No, we haven't gotten there yet. Once you disconnect a brain, you're also disconnecting hundreds of nerves.
