There is no marrow edema or fracture.Subdeltoid bursitis is present. there is a partial thickness tear of the distal infraspinatus tendon at the insertion. The supraspinatus tendon, subscapularis tendon, subscapularis tendon and teres minor tendon are intact. there is abnormal signal in the posterior superior labrum suspicious for a tear. The biceps tendon is intact. mild AC joint arthrosis is present.

3. Subdeltoid bursitis

Physical therapy. Possible steroid injection. If these fail, then a trip to the surgeon for arthroscopy may be necessary.
