Wretched nausea, vomiting, and feel like crud for several days. The acid in the aspirin COULD cause a pH shift in your blood stream to trigger metabolic acidosis, in which case you're going to feel like you can't breathe. You'll pant and puff, trying to catch your breath, trying to blow off the excess CO2, which isn't the cause of your distress. Have fun.
