Pi (that funny little 'n' symbol) is often represented as 3.14 - to find the circumference of a circle, you multiply the diameter by 3.14, or the Pi button on your calculator.
Assuming you're not allowed a calculator, simple maths comes into play:

60x3.14 = 188.4cm - rounded to the nearest cm is 188.

In the next one, you are given the radius (half the diameter), so, you'll want to double the radius, which is 34.4cm.
34.4 x 3.14 = 108.016 - rounded is 108cm.

Now you'll need a scientific calculator, once attained, you'll want to input the diameter, hit the multiply button, press the Pi key, and then click the equals sign.
This should be relatively simple, but remember to give your second answer to 1 DP.
