What would be the result of superoxide induced damage to Cell membranes? What would happen to the cell, what if this happened to most cells in your body and would how bad would it be for your overall health?

superoxide is actually a type of ROS, also called reactive oxidative species. This means that they are not stable, and hence will go around stealing electrons from our cells.
They steal electrons mainly from DNA, Lipids and proteins.
Cell membrane are actually phosphobiLIPID layer. so after stealing electrons from the cell membrane, it causes the cell membrane to be unstable and eventually lyse.
If this happened to most of the cells in our body, then our health will decline repidly.
