Thank you!30*√x^5 =[the square root of 900 is 30,= 30x^2√x [ the square root of x^4 is just x^2.When you take a square root you take it to the power of a half. When raising a power to another power, you multiply thepowers.......
I keep getting confused as to what to do with the x's. Please have an explanation, Thank you!(:

√6x^3 * √150x^2

-
√6x^3* √150x^2=

√900x^5 = [ 6*150= 900 and x^3 * x^2 = x^5]

30*√x^5 = [the square root of 900 is 30, we leave the x^5 inside for now]

= 30√(x^4*x^1) [ first we break down x^5 into x^4*x^1]

= 30x^2√x [ the square root of x^4 is just x^2. When you take a square root you take it to the power of a half. When raising a power to another power, you multiply the powers. so 4*1/2=2

some examples:
(x^6)^1/2= x^3 [6*1/2=3]

(x^6)^1/3= x^2 [6*1/3= 2]
