If I get paid £21.000 a year and I work 37.5 hours a week how much do I get paid a month or a hour

Okay I am crap at maths lol just wanted to know how much I get paid a month if my salary is £21.000 a year and I work 37.5 hours a week. If you guys can please tell me. How much I will get an hour. Thank you x :-)

Per month: 21,000 / 12 = £1750

Per hour: 1750 / 4 (4 weeks in a month) / 37.5 = £11.67 per hour

Not being able to do simple math is nothing to "lol" about. Good grief... who will hire you and keep you when they find out how bad you are at SIMPLE math??? Here is what you do... (i will NOT do it for you) Divide 21.000 by 12. Take that answer and divide that by 4. The answer you get is what you make each week.

Each month you will earn 21000/12=1950

A years work is ca 1750 hours in Norway where I live.
Each hours payment 21000/1750=12.58.

£404 per week
£10.77 per hour
Now is that gross or after tax, it will make a difference if gross pay.

21000 divided by 52 weeks = £404 per week
£404 divided by 37.5 = £10.77 per hour

21000/(37.5*52)=£10.77ph

£10.76 per hour.
