15/30*14/29*13/28*12/27*11/26*10/25*9/… =~ 0.316%
Chance of picking the first as a woman = no. of women in the pool / no. of people in the pool = 15/30 = 0.5
Chance of picking the next = no. of women left / no of people left = 14/29
etc.
Does the question assume that the jury pool is like an urn full of balls, or are you supposed to make some attempt to model an actual jury selection process?
