What is the probability of picking all women for a 7 person jury from a pool of 15 men and 15 women.
This probability seems like a simple question but this is for psychology and math has always been my very worst subject so i truly appreciate the help :)

The probability of picking the 1st woman is 15 out of 30 = 15/30
there are now 14 women and 15 men so
the probability fo picking the 2nd woman is 14 out of 29 = 14/29
the probability fo picking the 3rd woman is 13 out of 28 = 13/28
the probability fo picking the 4th woman is 12 out of 27 = 12/27
the probability fo picking the 5th woman is 11 out of 26 = 11/26
the probability fo picking the 6th woman is 10 out of 25 = 10/25
the probability fo picking the 7th woman is 19 out of 24 = 9/24
so the total probability is
(15/30)(14/29)(13/28)(12/27)(11/26)(10… = 0.00316092
there are now 14 women and 15 men so
the probability fo picking the 2nd woman is 14 out of 29 = 14/29

There are 30 people in total so that there are (30 choose 7) possible jury groups in total, and there are (15 choose 7) possible jury groups including just women. By (N choose R) I mean the probability formula N!/(R!(N-R)!); I'm hoping that you are familiar with it. So the probability of choosing an all-women jury is (15 choose 7)/(30 choose 7), which is (15!/(7!*8!))/(30!/(7!*23!)). This comes out to be 0.00316 or 0.316 %.

I think you are using "math has always been" as an excuse to not study the topic.
A jury is a combination of unique objects (people). That means the order of choice is not relevant.
To answer your question you must have had some discussion about counting combinations. Look for the discussion in your textbook and in the websites below.
Number of potential all female juries C(15, 7) = 15!/8!7!
The grand total of all juries is C(30, 7) = 30!/23!/7!
Probability is the number of ways an event can happen, divided by the number of total possibilities.
