If you have a Standard Normal table, perform the following procedure:

Find the area under the Standard Normal curve that is less than 1.63, then subtract the area that is less than -0.38:

Answer = P(z < 1.63) - P(z < -0.38)

= 0.9484 - 0.3520 = 0.5964

= 59.64%

Hope that helped
