Put this in y-intercept form please?!

x + 3y = 9

x + 3y = 9
3y = -x + 9 by subtracting x from each side
y = -x/3 + 3 by dividing each side by 3

y intercept form is when x = 0 so it sort of already is.

it intercepts at (0,3)

All you gotta do is change it so that y is isolated on one side of the equation. Remember your formulas, y=mx+b
