How do I calculate the radius of a tire when given the Circumference. Do I just solve it like any other circle? Also, if a Ferris wheel has a diameter of 76m, about how far would you travel in 8 turns of this wheel?
It's the only 2 questions I don't really get. Thanks in advance!

Cirmuference=pi X diameter
If you have circumference divide by by, and then you have the diameter. Then divide by 2 to get the radius. Yes like any other circle
You would travel the circumference times 8, because you are doing 8 turns. So the answer would be 76XpiX8. This is approximately 1,909.12m

Yes, like any other circle. r = circumference/(2π)
:::::
circumference of ferris wheel = πd = 76π meters
8 circuits × 76π meters/circuit = 608π = 1909.12 meters

To your first question:yes. To your second question, calculate the circumference and then multiply it by 8.
