you have to do the point slope formula. y2-y1 over x2-x1.
you can use the points (0,-2) and (4,-3)
0 is y1 and 4 is y2, -2 is x1 and -3 is x2 first you subtract y2 minus y1 which is 4-0=4. Next you do x2- x1 which is -3-(-2)=-1
Finally, 4 divided by -1 = -4. -4 is the slope
the slope intercept form is y=mx+b
you plug in one of the points for x and y and you plug in -4 for m
0=-2(-4)+b
0=8+b
you then subtract 8 from both sides. -8=b
the final answer is y=-4x-8

Slope = -2/6 = -1/3
y intercept = -2
Equation
y = -x/3 - 2
y intercept = -2
Equation
y = -x/3 - 2

Well I'm not sure you should be asking people to do your homework, but I'll give you some hints.
Slope=Rise/Run
y=mx+b
where m is the slope, b is the y intercept. x,y is the point on the line
Slope=Rise/Run
y=mx+b
where m is the slope, b is the y intercept. x,y is the point on the line
