Your current mark is 43.84% - where Thursday and Friday assignments are zero.
Assuming you get 75% on those two assignments, your mark would be 77.59%
Assuming you get 80% on them, mark = 79.84%
Assuming you get 90% on them, mark = 84.34%
Assuming you get 100% on both, max mark = 88.84%

Policy manual = 0.05 x 95.83 = 4.7915
Monday: 0.15 x 80 = 12
Tuesday: 0.15 x 75.36 = 11.304
Wednesday: 0.2 x 78.7 = 15.74
Assuming for Thursday and Friday, you got an 80%,
Thursday: 0.2 x 80 = 16
Friday: 0.25 x 80 = 20
Add them all up = 78.84
therefore your mark would be a 78.84 if you got an 80 in both Thursday and Friday.
