I only learned how to figure out an equation of a circle when the centre is (0,0).
But now we're having this little test thing tomorrow and we're supposed to know how to find the equation if the centre is anything! What is the formula for the equation???
I know that if the centre and another point on the circumference are given, you could figure out the radius by finding the distance of the point and the centre.

"I know that if the centre and another point on the circumference are given, you could figure out the radius by finding the distance of the point and the centre."
You gave your answer. You can do the same for any other point.
So: adding the distance from (0,0) this center and adding the distance to this center will give it's co-ordinates.
