Let x = amt of 60% acid and y = amt of 10% acid

0.6x + (0.1)14 = 0.25(x + 14)
0.6x + 1.4 = 0.25x + 3.5
0.35x = 2.1
x = 6

6 L of the 60% solution must be added.
