I would have to question if the vehicles shown in the clip would of stopped. Most other electronics would stop working because the power plant electronics would get fried.-Thats similar to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. A nuke explodes above Washington D.C. in the atmosphere and causes an EMP effect that knocks out electricity for about 1/3 of U.......

Circuit boards and chips are definitely toast if a warhead is exploded as an air burst generating an electromagnetic pulse. I would have to question if the vehicles shown in the clip would of stopped. Most other electronics would stop working because the power plant electronics would get fried.
