I don't quite understand this fraction thing on a number line, like how do you know where it goes, can someone explain this to me, I have tried looking for a fraction number line on google, but can't find one. So where does -7/5 go on a number line?

-7/5. negative Seven fifths is the same thing as negative one and two fifths(1 2/5). Now that you have that, you see that its just a tad smaller then -1. So on a line, it would go
(-2)------(-7/5)---(-1)-------0------1-…
EDIT: ima help you out some more cause im bored.
5/5 is the same thing as 1. 8/8 is the same thing as 1. so if you TAKE AWAY one from the top 4/5 its value is now LESS than 1. And if you add 1 to it, its value is now great than 1 (6/5)
Although sometimes you may see what looks like a big number 213/240. But its just below the value of one.
Good luck!
