Solve this system by elimination:

4x + 3y = 3/2
3x - 2y = -19/2

8x + 6y = 3 (multiplied by 2 to get rid of fraction)
6x -4y = -19 (multiplied by 2 to get rid of fraction)

8x + 6y = 3
9x -6y = -28.5 (multiplied by 3/2)

17x = -25.5 (elimination)
x= -1.5

4(-1.5) + 3y = 1.5 (plug x into first equation)
-6+3y = 1.5
3y = 7.5
y = 2.5
so your solution is (-1.5, 2.5)
