Did you forget you asked this question before?

This answer is great! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

Why do you want someone to solve it again?

The equation above is the same as the equation

dy/dx+3x^2 * y=3x^2

Subtract 3x^2 * y from both sides to get

dy/dx=3x^2 - 3x^2 * y

factor out 3x^2

dy/dx= 3x^2(1-y)

Now use separation of variables to get

dy/(1-y) = 3x^2 dx

Integrating both sides gives

-ln(1-y)=x^3+C

So ln(1-y)= -x^3+C

which gives 1-y=C e^(-x^3)

Hence y= 1 - Ce e^(-x^3)

where e is the exponential e=2.718...
