Use source transformation to solve a circuit

-I cant understand what you are talking about. However the 4 amp current source and 6 ohm resistor can be transformer to 24 volts in series with 6 ohms. Now there are other transformations or ways to solve the circuit. Its up to you to decide what to do.-I think its the resistor, slowing down the current (* amps *) flow.......

For a given circuit, there's only 1 branch that can be transformed (please correct me), the right square. When I transform the source signal, I get a numerical value for current through this branch. But the correct answer is i_a = 1A which means that there's no current through that branch and current through 6Ohm resistor 3A.

Please help me get started on this.

I think it's the resistor, slowing down the current (* amps *) flow.
