How do I solve this, or at least input it into my TI-84 Silver Edition calculator

I don't get the 17! part, especially the exclamation mark. I know how to input the rest of the problem including the "e" into my calculator but that's it. Or if someone could at least show me how to solve it out, that would be wonderful as well.

17! means 17 factorial = 17*16*15...= 3.5568E14
On a TI-83 calculator this operation is found via the MATH key. First you enter the argument 17 then MATH, then scroll right to the column PRB, then scroll down 4 rows to the factorial operator ! Lastly, hit ENTER. Try it!

! is a factorial and of course x! is equal to x*(x-1)*(x-2)*…3*2*1
So 1!=1=1, 2!=2*1=2, 3!=3*2*1=6, and so on
You could solve this by hand by doing 17*16*15*14*13*12*11*10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*…
But you want calculator directions, which are much easier.
Press the MATH key, right underneath the ALPHA key, I believe.
Go left (or right) until you get to the PRB section
