how would you rearrange this formula to find A with knowledge of P R and L

How did you get into this physics class without some kind of knowledge of algebra?
"Whatever you do to one side of the equation you must do to the other, otherwise the equal sign would not be applicable. Do whatever it takes to get A only on one side and all the rest of the variable on the other. Here's what I would do, but other methods would also work.\
multiply both sides by A and get AR = PL
divide both sides by R and get A = PL / R
Easy, right? Did you pass algebra? Has the physics teacher worked some problems in class, and ask if everyone understood it? And did you ask for clarification? I don't understand wth is going on in schools now.

Arrange it in a triangle just like you do with Ohm's law, so instead of
V
I x R
You have
R
Pl x A
use it the same way, use this with ANY 3 part formula.
