Ok so I have a question concerning calculating the coefficient of friction. If I have a right triangle (inclined plane) would the coefficient of friction=the tan. of the angle? Im doing a science project and to calculate it I would keep tilting the board up until the object moved, measured the angle, then found the tan. of it. Is this correct?
