like the title I just want to know whats the difference between nitrogen in atmosphere and nitrgen in soil.

nitrogen in the atmosphere is in a gaseous form, and is in the form N2... whereas nitrogen in the soil is fixed by microbacteria and certain plants into other compounds such as NH4NO3.
