Technically speaking, Pumice contains no minerals since it does not have a crystal structure due to rapid cooling of pyroclastic and lava froth.
Pumice however does contain a high silica count (unlike its darker, ferromagneisan counterpart; scoria) and is often associated with Rhyolitic and Andesitic lavas.

It depends. Pumice refers to texture, not composition, so really it could be just about anything. It will definitely have some silica.
