If an immigrant is here legally and they aren't a good person, should they go back to their country?
If someone immigrants to the U.S legally and they disrespect people or are a bad person, they should be deported.

(2) Permanent residents (green card holders).These are citizens of another country
.. .. that have been given authorization to live and work here on a permanent basis.
.,. ..these people CAN be deported if they violate the rules (like commit serious crimes)
(3) non-immigrants (aka visitors). People traveling here for vacation, business meetings,
.. .. college, those seeking asylum.. etc. They can be deported if they overstay their
.. . .temporary authorization OR commit serious crimes
(4) non-documented (i.e. illegal aliens). These people are not supposed to be in our
.. . country. They can be deported at any time.
