a) how could you make a saturated solution and have [Ag+] ≠ [Cl-]?
b) if [Ag+] = [Cl-] how was the saturated solution likely made?

a. one way is having another source of Cl - or Ag+ for example. we can have table salt, NaCl already dissolved in water and then add AgCl

b. it is most likely that the water had no Ag+ or Cl- then AgCl solid was added
