I know it's basic stuff, but I'm having a hard time. Could someone explain this? I'd be very appreciative. thank you!

Total voltage = 25V.
"Internal resistance" of battery = 6.5 ohms.
Total circuit resistance = (6.5 + 6.22 + 15.1) = 27.82 ohms.
Current = (25/27.82) = 0.899A.
Direction of current flow = clockwise (conventional) or anticlockwise (electron flow)

I = V/R= 10.0/6.50 ohms = 1.54 amperes
