I can't find it anywhere :(

If you mean the atomic models, there are more than just one: J Dalton, J.J. Thomson, Ernest Rutherford, Niels Bohr and Erwin Schrodinger.
If you mean who discovered the subatomic particles: J.J. Thomson (electrons), Ernest Rutherford (nucleus-which consisted of protons and neutrons but the neutrons were much later discovered because it didn't have a charge and it couldn't be detected the way electrons and protons were) and James Chadwick (neutrons)
Hope this helps :)

The three scientist who have proposed the various model of atomic structure are
1)Thomson
2)Rutherford
3)Neil Bohr

Rutherford, Bohr, Thompson.
Rutherford--nucleus
Thompson--electrons present in atoms
Bohr--electron structure in hydrogen atom
