Cause 0 neutrons have 1 mass, I'm just curious if 2 neutrons have the same mass or not?

the number of neutrons number is calculated by subtracting the number of protons from the atomic weight, ex C has 6 protons and a weight of 12 therefore it has 6 neutrons. Apply this to your question by looking at several elements and hopefully this answers your question.

neutrons always have the same mass no matter where they are, and atomic-wise they have about the same mass as a proton, ~1 atomic mass unit.

I'm not sure if you quite understand what you yourself are asking. Atomic masses are measured from the entire atom.
