When a molecule is packed closer togther

But just because you pack molecules closer together does not mean they form intermolecular forces; those are formed because of the shape / composition of the molecules.Hope this helped.......
The molecule encourages stronger intermolecular and intramoleclar forces?

Correct?

Correct to some extent. Molecules when compressed get liquify. When they are close intermolecular interactions are more dominant.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I think you're asking if molecules pack closer together when they have intermolecular forces; that would be a yes. Unless you're talking about freezing water.
