I have some homework I need to finish and could you please help me with the following questions:
The melting point of iron is 1535 (degrees) C and its boiling point is 2861 (degree) C. In what state is iron if the temperature is 1800 (degrees) C?

-
Liquid.

1800 degrees C is above the melting point but below the boiling point.

Think of water as a good example. It is liquid at room temperature as its is above the melting point but below the boiling point.

Hope this helps!
