I'm doing my science homework and i couldn't get this one.

You may have worded your question wrongly, as it is not clear.
Rutherford's planetary model of the atom tells us that electrons orbit nuclei. Bohr's model explained the fixed 'orbits' of the electrons.
The modern atomic theory of the atom tells us that nuclei are made of protons and neutrons.
The atomic number of an element gives the number of protons in the nuclei (and therefore the number of electrons in a neutral atoms). (Nucleon number) - (Atomic number) = number of neutrons.
Is that what you mean?
