I'm currently working on getting my B.S. Biology degree. One of my life goals is to win a Nobel Prize in one of the sciences. Is there any sort of educational requirement to win a Nobel Prize in one of the science areas?

What an adorable question!
No... it is not REQUIRED that you have a PhD, or any other degree. Basically there are two requirements:
1. You must have made a contribution to your field of science which serves to answer a long-standing critical question, change an established paradigm, discovered an heretofore unknown principle or fact, or provided an analysis of existing data which reveals previously unknown principles or facts.
Examples of such research in your field of study include things like describing the physical structure of DNA, elucidating the chemical steps in the Krebs Cycle, describing the nervous system, discovering human blood groupings, etc., etc.
2. You must be alive.
So far you're fulfilling half of the requirements, So get to work doing some mind-blowing biology.

It is not necessary to have any kind of formal education to win the Nobel Prize, but obviously the more you learn the easier it will be to achieve it.
