I say it's B.
In the digestive system, food is broken down into useable materials, such as glucose and simple carbs so that the body can use it to obtain energy, ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Molecules are passed from the cells (intracellular) into the extracellular environment, but it's all still WITHIN the body.
The nervous system passes hormones from the pituitary gland (near the base of the brain stem) to cells so direct their movements and actions.
The circulatory directs the movement of oxygen into the lungs starting though the nose or mouth and into the trachea. Humans absorb oxygen and take out carbon dioxide (and I'm pretty sure other stuff too) into the air outside the body.
The excretory, well I would say that it encompasses the digestive and urinary systems because the digestive system leads into the excretory system...also, that's just the excrements and the bodily waste going out through the anus into the toliet.
Hopefully this was helpful :)
