Describe the actions of B cells in an immune response

-Well there are two types of B cells.Memory B cells remember the attacker or virus so next time the body gets invaded they can solve it in a more orderly fashion.The other type are called Plasma B cells, I forgot their specific job but I know the name !And vaccines inject a small amount of the virus or foreign invader into the body, the imune system kills the small attack and the memory B cells remember the virus so next time that virus enters the body the immune system can kill the attack efficiently.......
For my biology project i need to describe this in a short ,short summary :O and Explain how vaccine works. Please help me.
