No, this would not be a chemical change in the paper. The easiest way to think about chemical reactions is most of the time you can not undo a chemical reaction (very easily any way). For example, if I want to bake a cake this is a chemical reaction, because I can not undo it. However I can very easily unfold the paper. I hope this helps. :)
