What is a good minor for a major in Biology with teaching certification?
I was thinking about Animal Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Earth Science, or Zoology.

All those things are good, but it may not relate to your career goal (teaching?). A social science, like psychology or sociology would apply more to the field of teaching.
However, you should pick something you are interested in. In the end, you'll probably gain more out of something you enjoy than something you hate. Also, minors don't always make a large impact on your careers. Usually a minor is just something the student enjoys and wants to take more classes in.
