Merry Christmas! :D

Yes, but we would have to adapt and fast lol. It's one of the many big reasons we have life on earth, does a lot of things for us :)
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! :D

Scientists speculate that without the moon, earth's orbit would dissolve into one termed geosynchronous. that means that one turn on its axis would equal one trip around the sun ( one year ). One side of the earth would be in constant darkness and the other constant light. that probably means no wobble in that axis and no migration of the vertical ray between the tropics of capricorn and cancer. This would play havoc with the earth's climate an sea levels. I don't know if humanity could survive, but there would be big changes - and I don't think for the better.

Although the Moon does not directly affect us, indirectly it may have influenced the development of life as we know it. The Moon causes tidal variation in the oceans, which enables a lot of life forms (algae, shellfish, and many things which feed on them) and may have a lot to do with the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere.
If the Moon suddenly just disappeared, I'm sure it would be a good time while things changed without the tidal flows and currents. I cannot estimate the time frames involved.

Probably, but It's hard to imagine life without the moon. The moon blocks craters for earth and helps the tides come in on the waves. It's also nice to look at on some nights :).

WE can, yes. There are a lot of creatures that rely on the tides that might die, but even without the moon there would be minor tides from the sun, so they might be ok too.

Yes we can.
