I could not fin it!! I know its not D. I think the answer is B but Im not entirely sure.........
A. Cochlear Duct --- Cupula
B. Vestibule --- Macula
C. Ampulla --- Otholiths
D. Semicircular Duct --- Ampulla
I seached everywhere! I could not fin it!! I know it's not D. I think the answer is B but I'm not entirely sure...

A) Cupulae are hair cells in the cochlear duct, so A is paired correctly.
B) The vestibule contains the utricle and saccule, both of which contain a macula (consisting of a patch of hairs and a gelatinous membrane, called otoliths). So B is paired correctly.
C) A, B and D are incorrect, so C is paired incorrectly. The otoliths exists with the maculae, and that maculae are not part of the ampullae.
D) An ampulla exists in each semicircular duct, so D is paired correctly.

C is paired incorrectly.
