Lactose intolerance AS biology

Its asking why on the healthy persons graph, the glucose concentration is decreasing after its reached its peak?thanks in advance-Because your cells absorb the glucose from the blood to either use for respiration or to store for later (as glycogen). So a blood test for glucose would show decreasing levels because the glucose is moving out of the blood into the cells.-How and where are you measuring the glucose? What is the function of Insulin and what is used in the Krebs cycle?......
i can answer the harder questions, but not the simpler ones -.-

It asked why there was a high glucose increase in the first 30 mins, and my answer is : 'Because the lactose has been absorbed into the body at the peak of 6.8, due to the digestion of lactose by the ezyme lactase giving the products glucose and galactose.

Its asking why on the healthy person's graph, the glucose concentration is decreasing after its reached its peak?

thanks in advance
