b. forty-six replicated chromosomes
c. twenty-three unreplicated chromosomes

At the end of Meiosis I you will have 2 cells with 46 chromosomes (or 23 pairs). At the end of meiosis II you will have 4 cells with 23 chromosomes each. Each of the 4 cells will have slightly different sets of chromosomes because there was no replication of DNA between MI and MII and crossing over during MI.
