How could humans come from rocks, when biogenesis explains that it's impossible

Now, rocks are not living, correct? They cant walk, swim, or REPRODUCE.......
Now, I've been learning about biogenesis, which explains that the only thing that can create life is a living organism. And, I really hope that everyone agrees on this, because if you don't, than you are very stupid:

ROCKS ARE NOT LIVING THINGS!

According to the theory of evolution, we all came from rocks. Rocks evolved and created us. Now, rocks are not living, correct? They can't walk, swim, or REPRODUCE. So, in saying that we came from rocks, you are basically breaking a law of physics, there, aren't you? Humans must've came from something that is a living organism, right? Wait a second.....wouldn't that be GOD? I mean, we definitely didn't come from rocks, right? So there's no other choice but that someone created us, and that someone very well could be God, right?

What rocks? Why have I never heard of this?

I thought it was a primordial soup activated by lightning?

Evolution does NOT tell us human came from rocks!! Lol where did you get that??

In a simple explanation, humans came from other humans, which evolved from other species, which were created by microorganisms. These microorganisms were formed with organic compounds added with energy and sparked life. And if you're a Catholic, then I guess you believe in something else.

I'm pretty sure we did not evolve from rocks. Where does it say that?

About the question of why are there still apes today if we evolved from them, you should read about divergence.

We did not come specifically from the apes we see today, we according to the theory, came from the same LINE that resulted in the apes today, however at one stage we diverged from it due to certain factors such as differing selection pressures eg. environment and so forth.

If you were walking along the beach and saw a beautiful, diamond-studded gold watch, what would you think? You'd probably say "oh, somebody dropped their watch." Sure, there's a tiny, minuscule, nearly nonexistent chance that it could have just been made by the material around it; iron ore in the dirt made the gears and the diamonds came up from deep in the earth and it all arranged itself magically into a watch, but most people won't buy that story.
