Which one of these would most likely by a sumptom of a person whose diet is deficiant in these vitamins? a lack of energy, an increase in production of water, an increase in the production of CO2 or a decrease in the production of O2? I'm pretty sure it would be a lack of energy...right?

Lack of energy. FAD and NAD are know as electron shuttles, and they serve to transport chemical energy to the electron transport system located in the cristae of the mitochondria. Without NAD and FAD, this process cannot occur, and therefore the amount of ATP produced in cellular respiration will be severely limited.

Yes, you're right! Lack of energy. NAD and FAD are electron carriers that transport high - energy electrons in cellular respiration.
