Given the antisense strand, what is the dna sense strand and mRNA strand

Thanks so much!Ill choose best answer right away-I love puzzles like this!Given the antisense strand in 2,If you look closely, you will see that a). the orientation of the two strands is opposite (one strand starts with 5,......
I was absent from my bio class when this was gone over. The book is nearly impossible to understand. So, can you help me out with the sequence?

I worked out the problem but Im not sure if its correct.

1. Dna sense strand: 5'----> 3'

2. Dna antisense strand: 3'- GCTTACATCC GTATGTGCTC CCTATGCCCG TAATTACGC- 5'

3. mRNA strand: 5'----> 3'

Can you tell me what 1 and 3 would be?
Thanks so much!

I love puzzles like this!
Given the antisense strand in 2, the sense strand would be:
5'- CGAATGTAGG CATACACGAG GGATACGGGC ATTAATGCG 3' (SENSE)
3'- GCTTACATCC GTATGTGCTC CCTATGCCCG TAATTACGC- 5' (ANTISENSE)

If you look closely, you will see that a). the orientation of the two strands is opposite (one strand starts with 5', the other with 3'), and that b). every G in one strand will have a C in the other strand, while opposite of every T will be an A. They don't line up very nicely here, but the spaces should help.

For question 3. you need to remember this: coding strand of DNA = sense strand = non-template strand. The sense strand will have the same sequence as the mRNA (with T replaced by U), but it is the antisense (template) strand that will serve as the template.

So 3. would be the same sequence as the sense strand (but U instead of T), so:
5'- CGAAUGUAGG CAUACACGAG GGAUACGGGC AUUAAUGCG 3' (mRNA)
