There is no evidence of such a visit.
The assumption is that life exists on other planet(s) somewhere in the universe.
But so far we have no evidence for life existing anywhere but on this earth.
Plus we now realize that there are enormous technical problems to be solved before we can travel to other star systems.

It's conceivable (though not likely) that life existed on Mars in the past, and that some dead remnants of Martian organisms have ended up on the earth, as certain meteorites found on earth are widely believed to be of Martian origin.

Consider this -- the observable universe is 93 billion light years across. Unobservable universe is possibly way more larger. There are trillions of galaxies and each Galaxy has billions of planets and stars.
Somewhere out there it could be possible that advanced life exists. We haven't explored all and can not.
Main answer is that it's not known.
